This is a very useful and exciting class for the kids. I saw the enthusiasm of each class and saw the connection made with the advanced kids who have been in the classes for a few years. I will admit that I'm prejudiced as I am the father of "Chef Brenna" one of the main stays of this cooking/nutrition program at Le Conte. As a volunteer in the school system, I was assigned to the cooking classes at Le Conte for a while. This is a very useful and exciting class for the kids.
