DooF (F-o-o-D backwards) will be holding auditions to choose four kids and one alternate to film six videos this spring and summer. DooF offers a new way to explore food from a wide range of perspectives: backwards, forwards, sideways, right-side-up, upside-down and inside-out, connecting the dots through television, the Web, events, recipes and educational activities. Kids 10-14 who are interested in auditioning should send a short statement outlining their acting experience and interest in food and either a photo or audition footage to info@foodbackwards.com. From this group, DooF will invite a smaller number of kids to audition in person and select 12 to attend a daylong DooF Camp on Saturday April 3.
